Material and Engraving Process

Traffolyte is composed of multiple layers of phenolic plastic, typically featuring a contrasting color core. When engraved, the top layer is precisely removed to expose the inner layer, resulting in sharp, high-contrast, and long-lasting markings. Our material offers the same qualities, consisting of a durable plastic laminate with a precise laser engraving depth of 0.08 mm.
